How Facebook VR technology will help in staff recruitment and training? Virtual reality devices or VR is just entertainment or game-friendly technology for many. Still, nowadays, this technology has started to be used for many vital purposes. VR technology will be used in official recruitment and training.
A recently invented VR program has used several innovations or technologies that will help in an organization’s recruitment process, interviews, training, and even complex mechanical activities.
Tom Symonds, chief executive of online-based training platform Emerson, said the use of VR can bring a variety of benefits to an organization in addition to training activities. Such as complex evaluation management of the work of the employees of the global organization.
For this, the worker will not need to board the plane and meet the big boss directly. Experienced U.S. Marine Tristan Carson participated in the Artificial Intelligence Designed for Employment (AIDE) pilot scheme program.
The training was organized by the University of Syracuse for the Institute for Veterans and the Military Family. According to him, the day-to-day tasks of military life are determined. One knows what he has to do today.
But the life of the common man is very different from military life. VR technology is being used to address and manage many such challenges daily. Using the Oculus Rift Headset (VR), the trainees were briefed on the beginnings of 19 US military bases, detailing the daily lives of soldiers there.
It also gives an idea of how to conduct a virtual interview. “Jargon Analyzer” has been added to this technology. This makes it possible to identify nervous weaknesses or hesitations in terms of the vocabulary or word choice used by the trainees.
Brian Redleaf trained the trainees in technology. He is in charge of a project called Cyber Vets. He also has 31 years of experience in the US military. He said of the technology, “Suppose you (in a conversation or interview) use a lot of nonsense or military terminology, you will get a complete description of it through this technology.
